3.  OHP (staggered stance)
  • 50 kg 6
  • 40 kg 8

4. Chest flyes

5. Skull crushers
  • 22.5 kg 12/7/6
6. Kickbacks
  • 7.5 kg 15/8/6
Cardio - 9.00 pm

Brisk 20 minute walk, followed by stretching
