Ab Supersets and Cardio

Energy: Average
Mood: Stressed
Cardio: 15 min jog on the elliptical
Total time: 15 mins

1a. Reverse crunches - 30/20 reps

1b. Vertical leg crunches - 20/20 reps

2. Plank - 2 x 1 min 30 secs

Got a really good burn in my abs after the supersets, and the fire realy ignited during the planks. It felt great.
