Some Pushups and Rows

Today I tested out my forearm today and attempted some upper body exercises for the first time in weeks. I did about four supersets of pushups and very light dumbbell rows. The pushups felt okay, but unfortunately the rows created some soreness in my forearm. After the workout I iced and stretched my forearm. I'll attempt this workout again at the end of the week just to maintain some strength and to see if my forearm is healing.
