Back DOMS/core workout

My lats are super sore today after yesterdays light workout. It's really interesting to see how much sorer I am after these light weight workouts compared to my normal heavy ones. My forearm is feeling a little bit better today, so I will keep taking it easy and hopefully it'll be healed by next week.

Today I didn't do much exercise wise, just the usual core workout and stretching. I'm going to try and get a good sleep tonight ready for tomorrows high rep leg workout.
