Light pull workout - week 5
I wasn't feeling too good for the workout tonight and had absolutely no energy. My forearm hasn't improved yet, and I really felt some discomfort when doing pull ups and rows. Going to continue icing/stretching for the rest of the week.
1. Pull ups - 14/8/5 reps @ bodyweight
2. BB Bent-over rows - 12/8/7 reps @ 57.5 kg
3. DB rows - 17/12/12 reps @ 25 kg
4. Side raises - 15/10/8 reps @ 7.5 kg
5. Rear delt flyes - 12/10/8 reps @ 7.5 kg
6. Hammer curls (standing) - 15/9/7 reps @ 10 kg
Total time: 50 minutes including warmup
