The DOMS I have in my legs today is intense, I don't know how long it's been since my quads have felt so sore. This morning I had a nice half hour walk to get some sun, and in the evening I had dinner out and enjoyed a lemon, lime and bitters and some wedges with tomato sauce
Tomorrow afternon I'm going to hit my chest, shoulders, and triceps tomorrow but with very light weights to avoid aggravating my forearm injury. I'll also change up some of the exercises to make sure everything is okay.
