Light push workout - Week 5



I had a light workout today just to keep in the groove of things. My forearm was still inflamed afterwards so I might have to take it even easier. I also got 30 minutes of walking in this morning.

1. Incline bench: 67.5 kg 13/8/6

2. Flat bench: 60 kg 14/7/7

3.  OHP: 30 kg 15/10/9

4. Chest flyes: 10 kg 20/15/10

5. Dumbbell skullcrushers: 10 kg 10/5/4

6. Kickbacks: 8 kg 16/12/10

Total time: 57 min including 10 min warmup
