Calves/abs

Woke up with some DOMS in my chest and triceps today which is suprising after the light workout yesterday. My energy levels were good today and my forearm is feeling somewhat better after laying off it and stretching.

Before heading down to Elise's I got in a quick 20 minute workout followed by some leg stretching:

BB calf raises
  • 19/14/10 reps @ 60 kg
Ab supsets (reverse crunches supersetted with crunches)
  • 20/15/12 x 3 supersets 
Time: 20 minutes
