Tonight I thought I would try something different for my ab workout. I decided to drop using weights completely (again...) and perform a bunch of ab exercises back to back. Each time I do the circuit I'll rotate the order of the exercises to keep things fresh. Here's the circuit:
1. Hanging leg raises
2. Bicycle crunches
3. Reverse crunches
4. Crunches
I aimed for 20 reps on the leg raises and reverse crunches, and about 15 reps on the bicycle crunches and crunches.
