Cardio: 20 minute brisk walk
I was surprised to wake up and feel soreness in my back and chest after lifting such light weights the night before. I guess my body just isn't used to it after three weeks of no upper body workouts. My forearm was feeling a little stiff today but not too bad at all. I'm also going to start wearing the elbow brace throughout the day now to see if that can speed up my recovery since it worked so well during my workout last night.
Today I also started creatine again after three weeks of being off it.
