Cardio: 15 minute jog/brisk walk
Today was a long day at uni and to make it worse I had to fit in some of my promotion work in between classes. This meant that I went most of the day without food, and when I did eat I had no choice but to eat from the cafe at uni. Not only is the food rubbish there it's a waste of money. Now I know Wednesdays are going to be a problem I'm going to make sure I prepare more food in advance the day before.
After uni I had a late night jog with Pat around the new development at the back of Wellard station which felt really good. I was absolutely drained but once I got running my energy came back to me. There's some really steep inclines where we ran so I made sure I made the most of them and hit them hard. I think tonight rekindled my love for late night running.
