Weight Loss

This morning I woke up and weighed myself on my new scales. To my disappointment I've dropped more weight (I now weight 78.7 kg) since taking time away from lifting, even though I've been keeping my calories relatively unchanged. There's only two real explanations for this:

1. Stopping creatine - This week will be my third week off of creatine so the weight I dropped may have been water weight.

2. Increased cardio - I've upped my cardio to almost everyday since I can't lift at the moment, but I would say that this shouldn't have made a huge difference since the intensity is kept low.

Regardless of the cause, I will be starting creatine again next week. I won't be loading it like last time, just taking the regular amount each day. I'm in no rush to get my creatine levels to 100% as I won't be starting my new routine for well over a week and a half if I'm lucky, and even then the first few weeks will be with super light weights.
