Week 1: Abs and Forearms

Energy: I think I feel asleep halfway through...
Start time: 9 pm
Total time: 20 min

1. Ab circuit x 2 (Crunches, hanging knee raises, bicycle crunches and reverse crunches) - 12 - 30 reps @ bodyweight

2. Single dumbbell wrist curls - 15/12/10 @ 5 kg

3. Single arm reverse dumbbell wrist curls - 12/10/8 @ 10 kg
