** Decided not to do a third set as I was feeling some discomfort in my forearm.
My forearm was quite sore and inflamed after this workout, so I iced it up and stretched it. I then applied some Voltaren to get some of the inflammation down before putting on a compression sleeve. I might have to keep the weights light for a few more weeks to make sure I don't make things worse. Apart from the forearm pain, Im loving this routine so far.
