More DOMS, Preperation & Vices

This morning it took me a while to wake up, even with my alarm blaring. I also had some really intense chest soreness after yesterdays workout, something I haven't experienced for a very long time. After my usual breakfast of oats, protein powder, a banana and black coffee I was off to uni. It was a relatively short day at uni but I felt absolutely drained afterwards (I put this down to stress).

Tomorrow is a longer day at uni and I also have some promotion work to do in-between classes, so I'm going to make sure to prepare some food tonight. I'm thinking I'll put together some chicken pitas with shredded carrots and some cherry tomatoes or something to keep me going. 

Right now I'm getting ready to go for a late night brisk 15 minute or so walk after I finish my second coffee of the day. Speaking of which, coffee is one of my few vices that I'm going to try and cut down on over the next few weeks.
