Week 2: Light Upper Body Workout 1

Energy: Tired
Start time: 9.15 am
Total time: 1hour 2 min including 10 min warmup 

1. Incline dumbbell bench press - 8/6/6 @ 50 kg
2. Dumbbell rows - 8/7/6 @ 30 kg
3. Flat dumbbell bench - 12/12 @ 40 kg *
4. Pullups - 12/9 @ Bodyweight
5. Side raises - 20/15/12 @ 4 kg
6. Tricep dips - 15/12 @ bodyweight
7. EZ-bar curls - 15/12 @ 15 kg **


* Dropped the third set on these and the pullups because my arm started playing up
** These really aggravated my tendonitis so I may drop curls completely and substitute light hammer curls
