Start of March cut

Since my forearm is taking its sweet time to get better I went to a different physio today and got some good advice (lift lighter, wear the brace throughout the day etc.). This made me come to the realisation that there is no way I'm going to be lifting heavy in the coming month or so, I've decided to make the best of a bad situation and go on a cut. That way I'll have a good basis to start bulking from, and plus it'll be awesome to have visible abs again.

I'm going to keep lifting four times a week but I'll be scaling back the weight on some exercises and avoiding pullups which irritate my forearm. Just for the sake of it, I'll up my cardio to pretty much everyday for 15 minutes or so and keep working abs twice a week. As for calories I'll be eating about 2300 calories which is roughly 500 calories under my maintenance. 

This cut will last as long as I need it to, that is until I'm happy with my bodyfat level. Once I'm happy I'll eat at maintenance until my forearm is healed enough to start lifting heavy again. That's when I'll start bulking back up again nice and slowly.

Okay well that's the plan for the coming month or two, let's get to it!
