I woke up sore as hell after yesterdays workout, particularly the middle of my back. Before I made breakfast I weighed in to find that my weight is down to 78.5 kg after just a few days of eating in a calorie deficit. That's about a 2 kg drop in weight in three days which I guess is mainly water weight. Although I'm going to keep weighing in weekly I'm going to use the mirror as my main guide. I've gained a fair bit of fat from bulking up so I'm really looking forward to seeing some awesome results over the next month or two.
After breakfast I had a brisk 15 minute walk just to get some sun and try to wake up. For the rest of the day it was nothing but study and cooking. Tomorrow it's more study and a scheduled ab and forearm workout.
