Went to the doc's today for my toe. Waited an hour to get in only to be told to go for an x-ray, what a joke. I got it bandaged up which feels better but I'm probably not going to bother getting the x-ray anyway. As for my forearm, its starting to show some improvement this week and I decided to give some pushups ago to see how they would go tonight.
Todays workout:
Pushups: 15/12/12
Bodyweight Bulgarian split squats: 25/15/15
Bicycles/crunches superset: 15 - 30 x 2
Cardio: 1 hour brisk walk down to the river
