Circuit Workout

Bulgarian split squats: 15/12/12 (10 kg)
Dumbbell RDL: 15/15/12 (10 kg)
Pushups: 12/12/12 (bodyweight)
Single leg calf raises: 15/12/10 (5 kg)
Reverse crunches: 25/20/15 (bodyweight)

I decided to do a circuit based workout tonight to keep things fresh. I did the above exercises back to back and rested about a minute before repeating the circuit. Pushups felt good again, and I'm being very careful not to push it too far.

Tomorrow I'm going to get on-top of some study for my finals and hopefully get in a nice jog.
