Lower Body Workout

This morning my elbow was still pretty sore so I considered resting today. Somehow I ended up working out anyway which wasn't the best idea, but I'm going to rest up for the next two or more days to give myself more time to heal and then go from there. I kept the same weight on most lifts and took it pretty easy for the most part.

Deadlifts - 12/12/12 (42.5 kg)
Bulgarian SS -12/12/1/2 (11 kg)
Single leg curls - 15/12/10 (12.5 kg)
BB calf raise - 15/15/15 (42.5 kg)
