Today my elbow is a little sore to touch, but not too bad. It's been progressively improving over the past month or so, and this is one of the first times I've noticed it getting worse. I've been playing guitar quite a bit over the past two days, so I have a feeling that's what's causing the soreness.
I really don't want to have to choose between guitar or working out, but if i want to get rid of this golfers elbow for good it looks like I'm going to have to. I'm going to keep away from the guitar and see if it will begin to improve again.
I'm still doing eccentric wrist curls (although not as often as I should) and icing/stretching religiously. My workout schedule is now just a three day per week upper/lower split which should also give my elbow further time to heal.
My goal is to be 90% healed by the end of August. I think this is realistic if I continue to take care not to overdo the lifting and guitar.
