Incline barbell bench press

Seated dumbbell shoulder press

EZ-bar lying tricep extensions

12.5 kg x 15
12.5 kg x 12

(finished at two sets so I don't put too much strain on my elbow)

Notes: This workout was one of the best workouts I've had in a long, long time. I felt strong on all my lifts and the weights felt lighter than last week, even though I went up in weight. Since the weather was perfect today we hit the beach after the workout to recover. Bliss.
