Meal 1 - 2 egg sandwiches (2 egg yolks, 1 white and 4 pieces of wholewheat bread) with HP sauce and a glass of orange juice.
Snack - Large chocolate Up & Go, 1 Nature Valley oats and honey bar and an instant coffee with 1 sugar.
Meal 2 - 2 Lamb cutlets with mixed herbs, 1 cup of rice pasta, frozen veggies and a glass of low fat milk
Snack - Harvey Fresh low fat chocolate milk
Meal 3 - Can of tuna in olive oil, 1 1/2 cups of brown rice (cooked) and mixed salad veggies.
Workout - Cardio
10 minutes HIIT on the Elliptical. 20 second sprint intervals coupled with 40 second jogging intervals.
Meal 4 - Scrambled eggs (1/2 cup of egg whites) with some sliced ham and four pieces of wholewheat toast.
Meal 5 - 2 glasses of low fat milk and a tablespoon on natural peanut butter
