HIIT

Meal 1  - Tomato and cheese omelette with mixed herbs (2 yolks, 3 whites, grated cheddar cheese, a tomato and mixed herbs) with a bowl of oats (1 cup oats, 1 1/2 cups low fat milk and brown sugar)

Meal 2 - Six lean beef chipolatas, cup of brown rice and a mixed frozen veggies

Snack - Chocolate Mint Chill 500ml

Meal 3 - 2 Lamb wraps (meat from 2 lamb chops, grated cheddar cheese, tomato, cucumber and carrot on 2 wheat wraps) and a cup of brown rice

Cardio workout
15 minutes of HIIT on the elliptical. 20 second sprint intervals followed by 40 second jog intervals.

Meal 4 -2 potatoes and half a large sweet potato and a glass of low fat milk

Snack  - Glass of low fat milk and a tablespoon of peanut butter
