Still laying off the weights

I woke up today today hoping my forearm would feel fine again, but my I was out of luck. Anything that involves twisting my hand too much is excruciating so I gave the weights a miss again today. Having to lay off the weights is mentally very difficult, but it's better than having a permanent injury on my hands. I did however get some ab work in which felt pretty good and didn't strain my arm at all.

Right now my forearm feels a little better than this morning so hopefully it'll continue to get better over the next day or two. I've applied Voltaren to the area a few times today and I'll continue to do it tomorrow to relieve some of the pain if I need it. Anyway, I'm going to take it easy for the rest of the week, get plenty of cardio in and let my body recover and heal ready for next week.
