Bench press: 75kg 10/6/3/4 + drop set at 65kg for 6
Wide-grip chins: 7.5kg 11/4/4/3
Incline bench press: 62.5kg 9/5/3
Underhand grip barbell rows: 55kg for 12/8/6
Dumbbell flyes: 12.5kg 12/10/8
One-arm dumbbell rows: 25kg 10/8/6
Food Journal
Meal 1: 2 egg wraps (2 pita wraps, 4 egg whites, 2 yolks, and some BBQ sauce), an orange, and a multi-vitamin
Meal 2: Can of tuna springwater, cup of brown rice, and mixed frozen veggies with sweet chilli sauce
Meal 3: Chocolate protein shake with low-fat milk, cup of oats, and a small banana
