Had a good light jog/walk on the beach. Jogged for about 10 minutes, but had some pretty bad lower back and feet pain. Still it felt good to run though. Followed it up with about a 15 minute brisk walk.

Meal 1: Egg omelette with peppercorn salami, tomato, mushroom and cheese (roughly 3 whites, 1 yolk in the serve), four pieces of toast, an orange, and a small glass of apple juice.

Meal 2: Chocolate protein shake with a small banana, 1 cup of oats, and about 1 1/2 cups of low-fat milk
Meal 3: Half a large chicken breast with mixed herbs, around 2 cups of instant brown rice, and mixed frozen veggies
Snack: Fruit and nut bar
Meal 4: Cheat meal (Small McFeast meal from McDonalds. Burger, small shaker fries and small diet coke)
Meal 5: Bowl of oats (1 1/2 cups oats, 1 1/2 cups low-fat milk), and chocolate protein powder
