Today's workout - Shoulders
Seated barbell shoulder press: 42.5kg 10/6/4/3
Standing side raises: 8kg 10/7/6
Rear lateral raises: 6kg 12/8/6
Food Journal
Meal 1 - 4 egg whites, 2 yolks, some salsa, 4 pieces of Burgen toast, a multi-vitamin, and a cup of tea with one sugar
Meal 2 - Can of tuna in springwater, 2 cups of brown rice, and mixed frozen veggies, and an orange
Meal 3 - 1 1/2 cups of oats, chocolate protein powder, and 2 cups of low-fat milk
Meal 4 - Piece of steak, 2 boiled potatoes, boiled broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, and an apple
Meal 5 - 4 wheat biscuits, protein powder and an apple
