Good chest and back workout today, and since I picked up a tower gym this morning I decided to finish the workout with chest dips and wide grip pullups to change things up a bit.
Bench press: 82.5 kg 8/5/3
Chins: 12.5 kg 10/6/4
Incline dumbbell bench press: 60 kg 9/5/4
Bent-over rows: 65 kg 8/6/5
Chest dips: 13/8/8
Wide-grip pullups: 12/5/5
