Leg workout and progress check - Week 2

I weighed myself today when I first woke up. Since  I cut back my calories from 3500 to 3040 last week my weights dropped from 83.4 kg to 82.2 kg. I'm going to reduce my calories a little further to 3000 starting today, and hopefully I'll be able to keep leaning up without losing too much size.


Cardio: 25  minute brisk walk

Workout 

Squats: 87.5 kg 12/7/5
Dumbbell lunges: 42 kg 10/7/5 *
Romanian deadlifts: 82.5 kg 10/7/6 *
Single leg calf raises: 20 kg 10/7/5
Dumbbell side bends: 15 kg 15/12/10

* Used wrist straps
