    • 60 kg 6
    • 40 kg 10
  • Chins: BW + 15 kg 8/5/4
  • Pull-ups: BW + 2.5 kg 9/4/4
  • Barbell curls: 25 kg 9/5/4
  • Single arm lateral raises: 11kg 10/7/5
    • 6 kg 8
