Elise's workout - Week 2

Workout

Single arm dumbbell rows: 3 kg 8/8/8
Knee pushups: 7/6/6

Notes

Elise wasn't feeling the best so we didn't finish with crunches. Also she has sore legs from other exercise so working legs wasn't an option. Her next workout will be after 2 or so days rest so she can recover.
