Today I went to the physic to finally get on top of my bad knees and feet. Good news is that there's nothing serious wrong, just tight muscles. I've been given a bunch of stretches (glutes, hams, quads, calves, groin, and ITB) to do 2 - 3 times a day so I'll see how that goes. I also need to get a good pair of runners if I want to get back into jogging eventually.
This mornings ab workout (usual supersets):
- Weighted crunches: 16 kg 15/10/10
- Knee raises: 6 kg 12/8/8
- Oblique crunches: 2.5 kg 15/12/10
I also got in 15 minutes of jogging on the elliptical in the evening.
