Leg Workout Week 3

Since I've been stretching my legs they've felt much better. I went through a set of stretches before this leg workout as well and the squats felt so much more comfortable, it was incredible.

  • Barbell hack squats: 92.5 kg 10/6/5
  • Barbell back squats (full): 72.5 kg 12/8/6
  • Dumbbell calf raises: 70 kg 15/9/6 *
    • Bodyweight 12
  • Romanian deadlifts: 90 kg 6/5/3 **
*Felt an awesome burn in my calves this workout which I haven't felt in a long time
** Grip was failing well before anything else, no straps this workout
