- Barbell curls: 25 kg 10/5/4*
- Single arm side laterals: 12.5 kg 6/4/3 **
- Seated rear laterals: 5 kg 15/10
* Cheated on the last few reps of the last sets
** What was I thinking! Way to heavy, but seeing as I'm going easy next week I thought I would chance it.
