Tonight I though I would give vertical leg crunches a shot, and they turned out to feel really good. I used less weight than I usually do on crunches and felt a good burn. I also did straight leg raises instead of knee raises for my second exercise.
- Vertical leg crunches: 10 kg 22/15/12
- Straight leg raises: 10/8/8
- Oblique crunches: 2.5 kg 15/12/10
