Push - Week 4

Argh this is the third week benching the same weight, but I've made some good progress with my other lifts. Next week I'm going to have a lighter week where I hit at least 12 reps on most exercises to change things up before going into a month or so in the 8 rep range.

  • Barbell bench press: 90 kg 9/5/3/3
  • Incline barbell bench press: 72.5 kg 9/5/4
  • Chest dips: BW + 12.5 kg 8/6/4
  • Standing barbell shoulder press: 42.5 kg 9/5/4
  • EZ bar tricep extensions: 26 kg 9/7/4
