Today I had a super light jog on the elliptical, and hit abs later in the evening. I think I broke my record for fastest ab workout as well, I was finished in under 11 minutes. And man did it burn. It went like this:
- Vertical leg crunches: 10kg 25/15/12
- Leg raises: Bodyweight 10/8/8
- Bicycle crunches: Bodyweight 10/8/8
