Today was the last day of my light week. I finished off this workout with Pat in little over 50 minutes which was really good. I got a great burn in my legs from this workout which absolutely killed when I tried walking after!
Todays workout went a little like this:
- Barbell hack squats: 70 kg 15/10/6
- Barbell back squats: 55 kg 12/10/8
- Romanians: 60 kg 12/10/8
- Dumbbell calf raises: 60 kg 15/10/8
