Christmas Morning Pull Workout - Week 2

I didn't get much sleep last night at all, but I was up early for Christmas. After I had a morning shake and exchanged presents with the the parents I went outside to have an early workout before family arrived. It was a great workout even with little sleep.

The workout looked like this:
  • Barbell bent-over rows (underhand): 85 kg 5/4/3/3
    • 60 kg - 7
    • 40 kg - 10
  • Chins: Bodyweight + 17.5 kg 6/4
  • Pullups (medium grip): Bodyweight + 5 kg 7/5
  • Side laterals: 8.5 kg 14/8
  • Rear laterals: 7.5 kg 14/10
  • Standing dumbbell curls (supinated): 13.5 kg 11/5/5
