Push Workout - Week 1



Great chest, shoulder, and triceps workout this evening. The whole workout was finished in about 58 minutes including a 10 minute warmup. I felt energised through the whole workout which is awesome.

The workout went like this:

  • Barbell bench press: 92.5 kg 8/4/3/3
  • Incline barbell bench press:  75 kg 8/5
  • Dumbbell chest flyes: 16 kg 12/8
  • Standing barbell shoulder press: 45 kg 8/6/5
  • Triceps dips: Bodyweight + 2.5 kg 12/6/4
    • Finished with a set of diamond pushups to failure
