Ab Work and Side Laterals - Week 2

Went out to the movies with Elise tonight and had fish and chips with a diet coke for a cheat meal.

1. Side laterals

  • 9 kg 13/8/6
2. Abs superset
  • Hanging leg raises - BW 15/12/8
  • Vertical leg crunches - 10 kg 15/12/10
Total time: 17 minutes
