Killer Leg Workout - Week 2

Today I was running on only 5 or so hours of sleep so this workout was exhausting. On top of that it was extremely hot outside. Still, a solid workout.


6.10 pm Workout


1. Full squats
  • 102.5 kg 7
  • 82.5 kg 8
  • 77.5 kg 10


2. Barbell lunges
  • 62.5 kg 6
  • 52.5 kg 8
  • 47.5 kg 7


3. RDL (deadlifted from ground)
  • 102.5 kg 6
  • 85 kg 8
  • 70 kg 9


4. Barbell calf raises
  • 77.5 kg 10/9/8 + BW 15


Total time: 1 hour 14 mins including warmup
