Calves - Week 2
Today I felt exhausted from all the travelling to the hospital. I moved today's push workout to tomorrow.
12.30 pm Workout
1. Dumbbell calf raises
75 kg (37.5 kg each dumbbell) 10/8/7 + 37.5 kg 8 (drop set) + BW 10 (drop set)
