Push - Week 3



As usual it was scorching hot outside. It was a hard workout but I got through fine. My left forearm is still  painful, so today I also began icing and stretching my left forearm to alleviate some of the pain I have there (golfers elbow?).

11.40 am Workout

1. Incline bench
  • 92.5 kg 4

2. Flat bench
  • 85 kg 5
  • 72.5 kg 7
  • 57.5 kg 9
3.  OHP (weight taken from rack, normal stance)
  • 51 kg 4
  • 41 kg 6
  • 31 kg 7
4. Chest flyes 
  • 17.5 kg 13/7/4
5. Skull crushers
  • 23.5 kg 12/8/5
6. Kickbacks (questionable form)
  • 8.5 kg 12/7/5
Total time: 1 hour 10 min including warmup
