Some Forearm Work - Week 2

Today is Elise's third day in hospital. I did a bit of forearm work today just to make sure I don't get anymore injuries associated with my forearms and to strengthen them up.

1. Barbell forearm curls

  • 17.5 kg 15/12/10

2. Reverse barbell forearm curls

  • 17.5 kg 8/8/6 (too heavy)
Cardio

20 minute brisk walk followed by stretching
