Pull Workout - Week 2 (Day after accident)

Yesterday Elise and I were in a car accident. Luckily I'm fine although a little sore. I decided to have an early workout before going up to the hospital to visit Elise.

11am Workout


1. Pullups
  • 102.5 kg (total combined weight) 7
  • 88 kg 9
  • 80 kg 7


2. Bent-over rows
  • 67.5 kg 6
  • 62.5 kg 7
  • 57.5 kg 8

3. Dumbbell rows
  • 41 kg 5
  • 35 kg 8
  • 30 kg 10


4. Rear laterals
  • 10 kg 13/8/6 (2 or 3 partial reps at the end of each set)

5. Barbell curls
  • 23.5 kg 11/6/5 + 3 negatives at the end of the last set

6. Alternating curls 
  • 10 kg 9/7/5
