My forearm is feeling worse than usual today and I feel pretty tired as well. I had a bit of a workout in the morning which included the only two upper body exercises that won't aggravate my forearm.
Superset 1 1a Pullovers - 20/15/12 reps @ 10 kg 2a Flyes - 20/15/12 reps @ 10 kg
Superset 2
1a Hanging leg raises - 20/12 reps @ bodyweight
2a Vertical leg crunches - 22/15 reps @ bodyweight
