Saw the physio today and confirmed my fears. I have golfers elbow and it could take anywhere from 4 - 6 weeks to fully heal. Looks like I'll just be sticking to legs and abs until my forearm is healed enough to start lifting again. Since I won't be lifting as much as usual I'll bring my calories down a little to an even 3000 until I start lifting intensely and up my cardio to keep me sane.

Today I had a nice 25 min brisk walk and some stretching.
